How We Work
We stay focused. Four initiatives. Two cities. Hands-on operations.
No large-scale fundraising machinery. No corporate partnerships we chase. No donor management overhead.
Every rupee comes from within. We fund this ourselves and run it as a personal mission.

A Note on Donations
Omvara does not accept outside donations.
We are entirely self-funded. This keeps us lean, accountable only to the people we serve, and free from the complexity that comes with external money.
If you want to help, volunteer your time. Visit our homes. Play with the dogs. Read to the children. Sit with an elder.
Presence is the contribution we value most.
Why We Exist
Some of us grew up watching family members age alone. Some of us saw stray dogs injured on roads with no one stopping. Some of us passed blind children begging at traffic signals and wondered what school could do for them.
Omvara started from those moments.
We built what we wished existed. Then we kept showing up.

Where We Are
We run four initiatives across Bangalore and Coimbatore. An old age home. A blind school. A pet shelter. And food drives.

Get Involved (Without Money)

Spend a Sunday at the shelter. Help serve food. Teach a skill at the blind school. Time is the most valuable thing you can give.

Tell a friend. Share our story. Sometimes the right person hears about us and shows up to help in ways we never expected.

Come see the work. Meet the people. Pet the dogs. Skepticism is welcome. We would rather you see for yourself.
